1. Product Quote

Regarding color difference

3. Shipping Cost Issue
If the purchase quantity is small, it can be shipped via express delivery; if the quantity is large, it can be shipped via logistics. The cost of express delivery or logistics is borne by the buyer, and the seller does not bear any expenses.

Four. Receipt Instructions
1. Buyers using our logistics service should carefully inspect the goods when picking them up. If you find that the outer box is severely deformed or damaged, the packing tape is broken or missing, or the sealing tape is incomplete with obvious signs of being opened, please open and check the goods in person. If there are discrepancies, you must negotiate with the logistics company on the spot for compensation. If this cannot be resolved, please do not pick up the goods yet and contact us at the freight station for negotiation; otherwise, after signing for the goods, it will be deemed as accepted without objection.
2. Buyers who send express delivery please check the package in person before signing for it.
Please make sure to check if there are any missing items or damage to the product before signing for it, especially if the outer packaging is damaged. If you find that the quantity does not match or the goods are damaged, please do not sign for it yet and seal it as it is. Contact us in front of the courier so we can communicate with the courier company and resolve the issue. If there is an incorrect quantity after signing for it, we have the right not to accept it, so please pay attention.
5. Regarding shipping
Our factory mainly focuses on exporting goods. Due to the rapid turnover of toy products, there are often times when items are out of stock. Especially during peak online sales seasons when toy sales increase significantly, we cannot rule out the possibility of some orders being unavailable. Therefore, a delivery period of two to three days is considered normal, and we will do our best to arrange for early shipment.
We will try our best to ship items in stock on the same day, and for those that are out of stock, we will arrange delivery within three days. We apologize for any inconvenience! To resolve stock shortages: First, we will contact the recipient to inform them of the reason for the shortage and seek their agreement to replace the item with a different style or color.
6. After-sales service
1. If you find any quality issues with our products after signing for them, please make sure to contact our customer service within 12 hours of signing for them and provide photos and videos. We have the right not to process it after that time.
We generally do not accept returns. If the product has factory quality issues, we can negotiate an exchange. (Most problems can be solved by simply replacing the battery, adjusting the battery placement, or connecting the wires... You need to know how to fix toys when selling them.) However, the shipping costs incurred need to be borne by the buyer. The exchanged product must not affect secondary sales. After receiving the returned product, we will send the exchange together with the customer's next order. We cannot accept the situation of sending them together in the next shipment; the shipping cost is borne by the customer! You must inform our factory's customer service before sending it back!!!
2. Due to the special nature of toy products, which cannot be compared with home appliances, all toy products sold by our company do not implement a three-guarantee policy. If there are any issues arising after use, our company will not bear any responsibility. Within our capabilities, we will assist in resolving these problems, but any related expenses incurred will be borne by the customer.
Special products will be handled according to the relevant agreement reached between our customer service staff and the customer.
3. The following conditions do not qualify for return or exchange: returned products with damaged or incomplete packaging, missing product accessories or related materials, unauthorized repairs or modifications, not used or stored according to normal methods, or products beyond the after-sales service period.
